1. About Ukazzos World Cup
Ukazzos World Cup is an offline board game club based in the Netherlands.
We organise scheduled board game evenings, memberships, and private group events.
By booking a game night, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership and Participation
Ukazzos World Cup offers:
One-time visit access
Weekly membership
Monthly membership
Annual membership
Membership grants access to scheduled game nights according to the selected subscription.
Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
We reserve the right to limit the number of participants per event.
3. Bookings and Reservations
To attend a game night, participants may need to reserve a spot in advance.
A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed (if prepayment is required).
If an event is fully booked, we may offer a waiting list.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Payments can be made via the available payment methods displayed on the website.
Ukazzos World Cup reserves the right to change prices in the future. Price changes do not affect already confirmed bookings or active memberships.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
One-time visit:
For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event, a refund or credit may be granted.
Late cancellations or no-shows may not receive a refund.
Memberships:
Weekly and monthly memberships will renew according to the selected subscription.
Cancellation of membership must be requested before the next billing cycle.
Annual memberships are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If Ukazzos World Cup cancels an event, participants will receive a refund or credit for another date.
6. Club Rules and Conduct
All participants must adhere to the club’s house rules.
We expect respectful behavior towards:
Other players
Staff
Club property
Aggressive behavior, discrimination, harassment, or damage to property may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Repeated violations may lead to permanent exclusion from the club.
7. Age Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, participants must be at least 18 years old.
If events are open to younger players, parental consent may be required.
8. Liability
Participation in board game events is voluntary.
Ukazzos World Cup is not responsible for:
Physical injury during events
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Disputes between participants
However, we strive to provide a safe and organized environment at all times.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific event or membership, unless otherwise required by Dutch law.
9. Schedule Changes
The game schedule may change due to:
Staff availability
Low attendance
Unexpected circumstances
We will inform participants of changes as soon as possible.
10. Private Events
For private bookings for birthdays, corporate events, or group evenings, the following is required:
Advance reservation
Agreed price
Confirmation of the number of participants
Specific cancellation terms for private events may differ and will be agreed upon separately.
11. Use of the website
All content on the website, including text, branding, and images, is the property of Ukazzos World Cup, unless otherwise stated.You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
By using our services, you agree to the way in which we process your data, as described therein.
13. Force Majeure
Ukazzos World Cup is not responsible for cancellations or delays resulting from events beyond our control, such as government restrictions, natural phenomena, or emergencies.
